Quotations

Prices, currency, validity period, quantity, specifications, taxes, shipping and payment schedule are defined in the written quotation.

Artwork responsibility

The customer must review spelling, names, dates, colours, layout and product details before approval, and confirms that supplied logos and content may lawfully be used.

Production tolerances

Minor differences in colour, grain, engraving, printing, dimensions or positioning may occur because of materials, screens and production processes.

Payment and ownership

Production starts after the agreed deposit and approvals. Goods remain subject to the agreed payment terms until the balance is received.
