Returns and Cancellation Policy
Custom-made products are produced for a specific customer and normally cannot be resold.
After artwork approval or production
Cancellation may not be possible once artwork is approved, materials are prepared or production has started. Deposits may be non-refundable to cover committed costs.
Personalised goods
Correctly produced customised goods are generally not eligible for return because of a change of mind.
Defects or incorrect items
If an item materially differs from the approved artwork or has a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly with clear photos and the inquiry or order reference. The appropriate remedy is assessed case by case.
